Volunteers are a vital part in the cycle of raising money to build decent, affordable homes for those in need and keeping materials out of landfills. At the Habitat ReStore, we make volunteering easy. Whether you want to work a few hours a month, or a few days a week, we will find an opportunity that works for you.
Individuals – Work on the sales floor, help unload trucks in the warehouse, accept donations, or run the cash register. Have unique skills and interests? Work with the ReStore staff to ‘design your own’ volunteer position.
Groups – Days can be arranged that tackle a ‘special project’ of the ReStore and provide a fun and fulfilling group experience.
Corporations – The ReStore participates in corporate match and giving programs. These programs allow your company to support causes important to your employees. Register large groups or individual employees to fit your company’s community service program.
School Service – With Saturday and after school hours, the ReStore is an excellent place to complete learning service requirements.
